Tom Brady continues to make history wherever he goes, usually taking Rob Gronkowski on his journey with him. Brady and Gronkowski have combined for the 100th passing touchdown of their Hall of Fame careers (including the postseason) — on an 11-yard reception with 6:48 remaining in the third quarter.

The 86th regular-season touchdown connection passed Hall of Famers Steve Young and Jerry Rice for third in NFL history. Brady and Gronkowski trail only Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison for the most pass touchdown connections all time (including the postseason). Manning and Harrison have 114 while Brady and Gronkowski are at 100. Young and Rice are third with 92.

Earlier in the game, Brady found Gronkowski for a 2-yard touchdown with 9:48 remaining in the second quarter, the 85th regular-season touchdown connection between the quarterback and receiver.

Gronkowski has 88 receiving touchdowns since entering the league in 2010, the most in the NFL. His 89th touchdown from scrimmage is also the most by any player in the league — and that’s with missing a season due to retirement (2019). Gronkowski still trailed Antonio Gates (116) and Tony Gonzalez (111) for the most receiving touchdowns by a tight end in league history.
