The top two in our Rookie Power Rankings held steady, but the ChargersRashawn Slater made a leap up the board to No. 3 after an impressive showing against Myles Garrett. The bottom of the list was uninspiring, but that should only create competition in the coming weeks. Saints linebacker Pete Werner, Dolphins edge rusher Jaelan Phillips and Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney have shown improvement but the most impressive performance was across the pond. Jets interior offensive guard Alijah Vera-Tucker delivered one of the most dominant single game performances of the year. If these standout performances align with consistency, they will be on the list in short order.

We will be tracking rookie performers each week of the season and identifying those who stood out. Without further ado, the cumulative regular season rookie rankings as we head into Week 6:
