Jamaica (0-2-3) is last of eight Concacaf teams and is coming off a scoreless draw versus Canada. Honduras (0-3-2) is in seventh place but was recently routed 3-0 by Mexico. These teams have met 25 times before, and Honduras has the edge with a 12-5-8 record.
Wednesday’s match will be played at Estadio Olímpico Metropolitano in Honduras and kickoff is scheduled for 8:05 p.m. ET. The latest Jamaica vs. Honduras odds from Caesars Sportsbook list the Hondurans as -118 favorites (risk $118 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line.
