The Tennessee Titans will have both star wideouts in A.J. Brown and Julio Jones for their Monday night meeting with the Buffalo Bills. On Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans’ official website reported that Brown was added to the injury report due to an illness. He was officially listed as questionable, but is active for tonight’s game.
CBS Sports NFL Insider Jonathan Jones adds that Brown will likely be on a snap count. He was listed on the injury report this week with a hamstring injury, but was a full participant in all practice sessions. The Pro Bowl wideout hasn’t had the start to the 2021 season that he would have liked. Brown has caught just 10 passes for 130 yards and one touchdown while missing a game and a half due to the aforementioned hamstring injury.
This will be the first time the Titans have had both Jones and Brown in the lineup since Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts. Both players did not finish that matchup due to injury, and both missed the Week 4 loss to the New York Jets. The Titans will need both Brown and Jones to have solid games if they want to keep up with Josh Allen and Co. on the scoreboard.
