Combate Global returns on Friday night with a card set to be headlined by a clash between two streaking featherweights. Undefeated Zedekiah Montanez will battle Roberto Romero Hernandez, who enters the event on a three-fight winning streak.
Montanez is making his Combate debut after a 4-0 start to his pro career. After a decision win in his pro debut, Montanez won his next three fights by stoppage. Hernandez’s two most recent fights took place in the Combate cage, both ending by TKO. Similar to Montanez, three of Hernandez’s four career wins have come via stoppage.
