Buffalo vs. Bowling Green live stream online, prediction, channel, how to watch on CBS Sports Network

Five games played in a span of two days will feature three conferences on CBS Sports Network as we venture deeper into the 2021 college football season. We’re to the point where teams are clawing for bowl eligibility and position in their league standings. The action kicked-off Friday night with an in-state battle, as Nevada defeated UNLV 51-20. Then, on Saturday, the network will show a four-game marathon of action spanning the whole day.

First up will be a MAC showdown between Bowling Green and Buffalo as the Bulls look to build off of a beatdown of Akron last weekend. Then, in the afternoon, Louisiana Tech and Old Dominion square off in a game between Conference USA foes in need of victories. The evening window brings a game between Boise State and Colorado State as the Rams seek their first-ever victory against the Broncos.

Finally, the late-night game provides what should be a thrilling showdown between two of the Mountain West’s top teams as No. 21 San Diego State hosts Fresno State. It will be a test of the Bulldogs’ prolific offense against the vaunted Aztecs’ defense.

Here is the full rundown of all the Week 9 action on CBS Sports Network with all times Eastern.

Bowling Green (2-6, 0-4) has lost four straight since a stunning upset victory at Minnesota on Sept. 25. Buffalo has won four straight in this series after Bowling Green won six in a row from 2011 to 2016.

Louisiana Tech at Old Dominion

Date: Saturday, Oct. 30 | Time: 3:30 p.m.

Storylines: These are two Conference USA teams in desperate need of a victory as Old Dominion has lost five straight and Louisiana Tech has dropped three straight. The Bulldogs have been on the losing end of three single-digit defeats against quality foes Mississippi State, SMU and NC State, however. With former West Virginia and Oklahoma quarterback Austin Kendall slinging the football, Louisiana Tech is better than its record indicates.

Boise State at Colorado State

Date: Saturday, Oct. 30 | Time: 7 p.m.

Storylines: Boise State’s 3-4 start under first-year coach Andy Avalos marks the earliest the program has reached four losses in a season since 1997. The Broncos’ struggles could open the door for Colorado State to secure its first-ever victory in the series, as Boise State is 10-0 all-time against its Mountain West opponent. The Rams are also 3-4 and have been up and down, but have a much better run defense than Boise State.

Fresno State at No. 21 San Diego State

Date: Saturday, Oct. 30 | Time: 10:30 p.m.

Location: Dignity Health Sports Park — Carson, California

TV: CBS Sports Network [Channel finder

Live stream: CBSSports.com | Mobile: CBS Sports App

Spread: San Diego State -1 | Will the Aztecs cover the spread? Check out SportsLine’s Week 9 college football projections here.

Storylines: A week after staying unbeaten by knocking off an Air Force team that was 6-1, No. 21 San Diego State faces another big test as it welcomes Fresno State (6-2, 3-1) for a huge division showdown. The winner will have the inside track to appear in the league title game. The Aztecs have the better record and a better defense, but Fresno State has been tested against better competition and has one of the nation’s most-exciting quarterbacks in Jake Haener.
