A week after Boston Scott appeared to emerge as the Eagles’ lead RB when many expected Kenneth Gainwell to be the main ball carrier, Jordan Howard stole the spotlight. Previously regarded as an afterthought, Howard resurfaced to rush for 17 yards on 17 carries and a TD. Howard has scored three times in the past two games, and he should be a hot pickup this week. Eno Benjamin of the Cardinals will also be on the free agent RB radar with Chase Edmonds (ankle) heading to injured reserve.

One player Engel is advising Fantasy players to target on the Week 10 waiver wire: New York Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore. The dazzling rookie showed he is ready to make significant Fantasy contributions in Week 9. In a Thursday night matchup, Moore opened the Fantasy week with 27 PPR points. By the end of the Sunday slate, no other wide receiver had outscored Moore. He caught seven of eight targets for 84 yards and two TDs.

He is the Jets’ most dangerous playmaker in the passing game, and should be a major staple of the New York offense for years to come. Getting Moore involved will keep the Jets in games, and he will continue to produce for Fantasy players as he gains valuable on-the-job experience.
Engel is also strongly recommending Cleveland wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones. The Browns have opened the door to opportunity for Peoples-Jones now that Odell Beckham Jr. is gone. Cleveland does need a downfield playmaker to complement their strong running game and the reliability of Jarvis Landry. Peoples-Jones fits the bill.
The second-year wideout confirmed he is ready to take on more of a featured role for Cleveland in a major win over Cincinnati on Sunday. He caught a 60-yard TD pass, and more big plays will be on the way from Peoples-Jones. He already has a 100-yard, two TD outing to his credit this year in addition to his highlight scoring catch in Week 9.
