NBA DFS: DeMar DeRozan and top DraftKings, FanDuel daily Fantasy basketball picks for Nov. 12, 2021

NBA DFS: DeMar DeRozan and top DraftKings, FanDuel daily Fantasy basketball picks for Nov. 12, 2021

The Sacramento Kings don’t grab many headlines, but daily Fantasy basketball players should be familiar with players like De’Aaron Fox, Harrison Barnes and Buddy Hield. Barnes and Fox are the team’s top two Fantasy performers this season, but Richaun Holmes may be a surprise as the third name on that list. He’s scored at about the same rate as he did last season (13.9 points per game) but is averaging 10.7 rebounds to last year’s 8.3.

Is Holmes a sneaky NBA DFS play against Oklahoma City in Friday tournaments on sites like FanDuel and DraftKings? The Thunder have allowed back-to-back double doubles to opposing centers, including Jonas Valanciunas posting a 25-15 stat line on Wednesday. Holmes was already outproducing more familiar names like Al Horford and Jerami Grant, both of which have been pricier options for NBA DFS lineups so far this season. Before you lock in any NBA DFS picks, be sure to check out the NBA DFS advice, player rankings, stacks and top daily Fantasy basketball picks from SportsLine’s Mike McClure

McClure is a DFS professional with nearly $2 million in career winnings. He’s also a predictive data engineer at SportsLine who uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every minute of every game 10,000 times, taking factors like matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account.

This allows him to find the best NBA DFS values and create optimal lineups that he shares only over at SportsLine. They’re a must-see for any NBA DFS player.

On Thursday, McClure listed Clippers star Paul George as a must-play on FanDuel and DraftKings. The result: George scored 27 points and had five assists, four rebounds, with three steals to return 45.5 points on DraftKings and 45.3 points on FanDuel. Anybody that included him in their lineups was well on the way to a profitable day.

Now, McClure has turned his attention to the Friday, November 12 NBA DFS slate and locked in his top daily Fantasy basketball picks. You can only see them by heading to SportsLine.

Top NBA DFS picks for Friday, November 12

One of McClure’s top NBA DFS picks for Friday is Chicago forward DeMar DeRozan ($8,500 on DraftKings, $8,700 on FanDuel). DeRozan had back-to-back 37-point games against Boston and Philadelphia to start November and has been a productive Fantasy option all month. Over his last three games, he’s averaged 23.3 points per game, with 15 rebounds and 13 assists.

DeRozan is enjoying the best season of his 13-year career, and is the Bulls‘ leading scorer, at 26 points per game. He also is grabbing 5.8 boards per contest and is hitting a higher percentage of three-pointers than ever (34.6 percent). DeRozan wasn’t remarkable in the games that he played against Golden State last year, but in 2019-20, he averaged 18.5 points with 7.5 assists and shot 60 percent from the field over two games.

Another key in McClure’s optimal NBA DFS strategy includes stacking DeRozan with center Tony Bradley ($3,000 on DraftKings, $4,400 on FanDuel). Bradley is the first option as the Bulls’ starter for the foreseeable future with starter Nikola Vucevic on the shelf while cooperating with the league’s medical protocols.

Bradley hadn’t been getting a ton of run to this point, but did start eight games last season for Philadelphia. During that stretch, he scored at least 14 points three times and his best game came against Golden State on March 23, when he finished with 18 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks. He has a chance to repeat history tonight on the road vs. a Warriors team that has Draymond Green (thigh) listed as questionable and James Wiseman (knee) out.

How to set NBA DFS lineups for Friday, November 12

McClure is also targeting a player who could go off for massive numbers on Friday because of a dream matchup. This pick could be the difference between winning your tournaments and cash games or going home with nothing. You can only see who it is here.
