Bills vs. Jets odds, picks, line, how to watch, live stream: Model reveals 2021 Week 10 NFL predictions

Bills vs. Jets odds, picks, line, how to watch, live stream: Model reveals 2021 Week 10 NFL predictions

After last week’s shocking defeat at the hands of the Jaguars, the Buffalo Bills (5-3) find themselves battling to stay atop the AFC East. They have the same number of wins as New England and Buffalo will look to keep pace when they visit the New York Jets (2-6) on Sunday. Bills quarterback Josh Allen had over 700 yards of total offense against New York in the two games last year, so seeing the Jets may be just what he needs to rebound. In select markets, you can stream the game on Paramount+.

Kickoff from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., is set for 1 p.m. ET. Caesars Sportsbook lists Buffalo as a 13-point favorite in the latest Bills vs. Jets odds. The over-under for total points scored is 47.5. In select markets, Sunday’s matchup can be seen live on CBS and streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Week 10 NFL picks for Bills vs. Jets

Before you tune in to Sunday’s Jets vs. Bills game, you need to see the NFL picks from SportsLine’s advanced computer model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,600 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 10 of the 2021 season on an incredible 128-88 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick’em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Bills vs. Jets, the model is backing the Bills to cover with points to spare. New York leads the NFL in turnovers per game (2.1) and no team capitalizes off takeaways quite like the Bills. Buffalo is 5-0 straight up and 4-0-1 against the spread when it forces at least two turnovers in a game. New York has at least two turnovers in three straight games.

Despite last week’s showing against the Jaguars, the Bills still have the No. 4 scoring offense, as 48.9 percent of their possessions end in points, which is the second-highest mark in the league. Look for both of those rankings to improve since the Jets rank dead last in scoring defense and yards allowed. Unlike Cincinnati two weeks ago, the Jets’ opponent this week won’t take them lightly. Coming off a loss, Buffalo will be fully engaged.

The model expects an MVP-worthy performance from Josh Allen, who throws for nearly 300 yards and two touchdowns while also being a factor in the run game. He’s given a better chance of scoring a rushing TD than any other player in the game and is expected to account for more total yards than the entire Jets team. With Allen rebounding, the Bills are projected to win by 17 points and the model has them covering in almost 60 percent of simulations.
