What to Know
After a two-game homestand, the Delaware State Hornets will be on the road. They will take on the Rider Broncs at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday at Alumni Gymnasium. Delaware State will be seeking to avenge the 81-54 loss they suffered the last time these two teams played Nov. 8 of 2019.
On Friday, the Hornets lost to the Salisbury State Sea Gulls at home by a decisive 91-78 margin.
Meanwhile, Rider strolled past the Coppin State Eagles with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 81-69.
Rider’s victory lifted them to 1-1 while Delaware State’s defeat dropped them down to 1-1. We’ll see if Rider can repeat their recent success or if Delaware State bounces back and reverse their fortune.
