The Sacred Heart Pioneers will be returning home after a two-game road trip. They will take on the Binghamton Bearcats at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday at William Pitt Center – West Gym. Given that these two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Sacred Heart was expected to have a tough go of it on Thursday, and, well, they did. They have to be aching after a bruising 92-64 loss to the Providence Friars. The Pioneers got double-digit scores from four players: Nico Galette (15), Tyler Thomas (13), Alex Watson (12), and Joey Reilly (11).
Meanwhile, Binghamton came up short against the Cornell Big Red on Tuesday, falling 76-69.
