Week 10 NFL picks for Saints vs. Titans

Before you tune in to Sunday’s Titans vs. Saints game, you need to see the NFL picks from SportsLine’s advanced computer model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,600 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 10 of the 2021 season on an incredible 128-88 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the Top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick’em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Saints vs. Titans, the model is backing the under to hit with room to spare. New Orleans is averaging just 314.6 yards per game on offense in 2021, which ranks 28th in the league. To make matters worse for New Orleans, Alvin Kamara has been ruled out of Sunday’s contest with a knee injury. Kamara has found the end zone in three of his last four outings, and he scored two touchdowns and gained over 100 all-purpose yards the last time the Saints played in Nashville.

Despite a lackluster offense, the Saints feature one of the league’s top-ranked defenses. In fact, New Orleans is giving up just 73.8 rushing yards per game, which ranks first in the NFL. Plus, the Saints feature a top-five scoring defense, holding opponents to just 19.4 points per game. And with Derrick Henry (foot) sidelined, the Titans will be searching for productivity after accumulating just 69 rushing yards against the Rams last week.

The model has also taken into account that the total has gone under in four of the last five meetings between the Titans and Saints in Nashville. The model is projecting these two teams combine for 42 points on Sunday, which results in the total staying under the total in nearly 60 percent of simulations.
