How to watch Knicks vs. Magic basketball game

Through 3 Quarters

The Orlando Magic were expected to take an ‘L’ in this one, but so far it isn’t playing out to script. It’s anybody’s game after three quarters, but the Magic are ahead of the New York Knicks 72-68.

Orlando has enjoyed the tag-team combination of shooting guard Terrence Ross and center Mo Bamba. The former has 17 points, while the latter has ten points along with nine rebounds. One thing to keep an eye out for is Wendell Carter Jr.’s foul situation as he currently sits at four.

New York hasn’t had any offensive standouts so far with all players held to 13 points or fewer.

This is the first time Orlando has been ahead going into the fourth quarter in the past nine games.

What to Know

The Orlando Magic’s road trip will continue as they head to Madison Square Garden at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday to face off against the New York Knicks. The Magic will be hoping to build upon the 110-104 win they picked up against New York when they previously played in October.

Orlando ended up a good deal behind the Atlanta Hawks when they played on Monday, losing 129-111. The losing side was boosted by point guard Cole Anthony, who posted a double-double on 29 points and 11 dimes.

Meanwhile, New York picked up a 92-84 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Monday. The top scorers for New York were shooting guard Immanuel Quickley (16 points), point guard Kemba Walker (16 points), and point guard Derrick Rose (14 points).

Orlando is the clear underdog, so they’re hoping it’s the size of the fight that determines this one. Those betting on them against the spread shouldn’t have high expectations for them since the team is 4-10 ATS when expected to lose.

New York’s win lifted them to 8-6 while Orlando’s defeat dropped them down to 3-11. We’ll see if the Knicks can repeat their recent success or if the Magic bounce back and reverse their fortune.
