Oregon State vs. Samford: How to watch, schedule, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Who’s Playing

Samford @ Oregon State

Current Records: Samford 2-1; Oregon State 1-2

What to Know

The Oregon State Beavers will be returning home after a two-game road trip. They will take on the Samford Bulldogs at 9 p.m. ET on Thursday at Gill Coliseum. Neither of these teams found much success offensively their last time out, scoring well below their season averages.

Oregon State was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap on Monday as they fell 64-58 to the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. One thing holding the Beavers back was the mediocre play of guard Jarod Lucas, who did not have his best game: he finished with only nine points on 3-for-10 shooting in his 37 minutes on the court.

Meanwhile, Samford was expected to have a tough go of it on Monday, and, well, they did. Things couldn’t have gone much worse for them as they lost 77-55 to the San Francisco Dons.

Oregon State is the favorite in this one, with an expected 13-point margin of victory. But bettors beware: they are 0-2 against the spread when favored.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We’ll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
