NFL player props, odds, expert picks for Week 11, 2021: Christian McCaffrey over 14.5 carries for Panthers

NFL player props, odds, expert picks for Week 11, 2021: Christian McCaffrey over 14.5 carries for Panthers

The Week 11 NFL matchups don’t all appear to have luster, but each one can be valuable from a betting perspective, especially if you dig into NFL prop bets. There are 13 Sunday games on the Week 11 NFL schedule, with only the Broncos and Rams on bye. Colts vs. Bills at 1 p.m. ET, Cardinals vs. Seahawks at 4:25 and Cowboys vs. Chiefs, also at 4:25 p.m. ET, are expected to be marquee games, but every matchup has plenty of NFL props. Miami’s stingy defense faces the floundering Jets, while Tennessee goes after its seventh straight win despite missing Derrick Henry.

Cowboys vs. Chiefs is expected to be a shootout between Dak Prescott and Patrick Mahomes. Caesars Sportsbook lists the Over-Under on Mahomes’ passing yards at 315.5 in its latest NFL Week 11 props odds. The number for Prescott is set at 298.5. There are hundreds of NFL player props and plenty of value to be found. Before you lock in any 2021 Week 11 NFL prop bets, you need to check out the top NFL picks and predictions from NFL props expert Alex Selesnick.

Over the past two seasons, Selesnick (aka PropStarz) is up 122 units on NFL props and futures plays. For a $100 bettor, that’s a more than $12,000 return. PropStarz specializes in NFL and NBA prop betting, where he implements a combination of research, statistical analysis and mathematical modeling. His background playing competitive poker, Scrabble and backgammon helped form the foundation of his sports betting approach.

Through 10 weeks, PropStarz is a stellar 30-20 on his picks for SportsLine after posting another 4-1 week. He cashed in with ease on a few of his picks, including Buffalo receiver Stefon Diggs to go Over 73.5 receiving yards (-115).

PropStarz said the Bills would make an example of the Jets after a humiliating 9-6 loss to the Jaguars in Week 9, and that’s exactly what happened. The Buffalo offense put up 489 yards in the 45-17 victory, and Diggs more than doubled the expected total with a season-high 162 receiving yards.

Packers running back AJ Dillon crushed the 54.5 Over-Under (-115) on his rushing and receiving yards with 128 yards and two touchdowns in the 17-0 win against Seattle. Lions running back D’Andre Swift nearly tripled his Over-Under of 11.5 carries (-105) at Caesars, racking up 33 carries for 130 yards in the 16-16 tie with the Steelers. Anyone who followed PropStarz’s advice cashed in easily.

Now, after sifting through the hundreds of available Week 11 NFL prop bets, PropStarz has found five more picks he loves. He’s only sharing his Week 11 NFL prop picks at SportsLine

Top 2021 Week 11 NFL prop picks

One prop bet that PropStarz loves for NFL Week 11 is Carolina running back Christian McCaffrey to go Over 14.5 rushing attempts. The Panthers star has fallen short of this number in his two games since coming back from a hamstring injury, but neither of those games was competitive, and coach Matt Rhule was limiting his playmaker’s workload. With a game against Washington that is expected to be close (Carolina is -3.5 at Caesars), the coach is likely to lean more heavily on McCaffrey in Week 11.

McCaffrey was a full participant in practice this week and appears to be fully healthy and ready for a full share of touches. He has topped this number in 15 of his past 24 games (63 percent), averaging 17.7 carries over that span. “I’ll gladly take the discount here, and if this game remains close, McCaffrey is a lock to get 15 or more rushing attempts,” PropStarz told SportsLine. “I have him projected at 17, which is a sizable edge for this type of prop.”
