Boise State @ Ole Miss
Current Records: Boise State 2-2; Ole Miss 3-1
What to Know
The Ole Miss Rebels will take on the Boise State Broncos at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday at TD Arena. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games.
Ole Miss didn’t have too much trouble with the Elon Phoenix on Friday as they won 74-56. Guard Jarkel Joiner (16 points) and forward Jaemyn Brakefield (16 points) were the top scorers for the Rebels.
Meanwhile, Boise State took their game against the Temple Owls on Friday by a conclusive 82-62 score. The Broncos relied on the efforts of forward Abu Kigab, who had 13 points and six assists along with five rebounds, and guard Emmanuel Akot, who had 16 points and six assists. Kigab hadn’t helped his team much against the St. Bonaventure Bonnies on Thursday, so this was a nice turnaround for him. Kigab’s points were the most he has had all season.
Ole Miss is now 3-1 while Boise State sits at 2-2. Ole Miss is 1-1 after wins this year, Boise State 0-1.
