Who’s Playing
Bradley @ Duquesne
Current Records: Bradley 1-4; Duquesne 1-4
What to Know
The Duquesne Dukes will take on the Bradley Braves at 1 p.m. ET on Monday at Virgin Islands Sport & Fitness Center. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W.’
Duquesne came up short against the Colorado Buffaloes this past Saturday, falling 84-76. The Dukes’ loss shouldn’t obscure the performances of forward Kevin Easley Jr., who posted a double-double on 19 points and 12 boards, and center Tre Williams, who had 17 points along with seven blocks and seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Bradley was close but no cigar this past Saturday as they fell 65-62 to the Brown Bears. The game was as close as the oddsmakers predicted, but the Braves had been the slight favorite coming in. Guard Terry Roberts wasn’t much of a difference maker for Bradley; Roberts finished with only eight points on 3-for-13 shooting in his 26 minutes on the court.
The losses bumped both teams down to an identical 1-4. Duquesne is 0-3 after losses this year, Bradley 1-2.
