Josh Paschal’s run-stuffing ability has made him Kentucky’s most valuable edge player this season, but opposing backfields aren’t the only thing he’s defending. The defensive end showed off his skills as the “Defender of Decay” in a recent ad for a local pediatric dentist office.

In one of the most hysterical ads of the NIL era, Paschal slapped a kid’s sugary drink out of his hands, snatched a snack from a passing car only to spike it, gave a pep talk to parents on tooth brushing, spun a sign, trash-talked a kid he was playing video games with and entered the dentist’s chair.

Paschal certainly proved he could have a future in acting if football doesn’t work out. Take a look:

“Don’t be bringing these sugar-coated lies into my house,” a finger-wagging Paschal said after slapping the kid’s drink.

One of college football‘s most dominant run stuffers, Paschal’s 14.5 tackles for loss are tied for the 12th most among FBS defenders. Paschal is also the Wildcats’ second-leading sacker with 4.5 and fifth-leading tackler with 51.

Paschal’s Wildcats will close their regular season with a rivalry game at Louisville on Saturday. It should be a strength-on-strength matchup with Louisville coming in as the nation’s 16th-best rushing offense and the Wildcats the 18th-best rushing defense, so the Defender of Decay will be busy.
