AC Milan vs. Atletico Madrid odds, picks, how to watch, live stream: UEFA Champions League bets for Nov. 24

AC Milan is buried in Group B of the 2021 UEFA Champions League, but with a win on Wednesday against Atletico Madrid, it could make one last push to advance out of the group. Milan has to win its next two matches in convincing fashion and needs FC Porto to lose against Liverpool this week, then draw against Atletico in the final group match to stand a chance. Atletico won the last meeting between the two clubs in September. You can see what happens this week when you stream the match live on Paramount+.

Kickoff for AC Milan vs. Atletico Madrid is set for 3 p.m. ET from Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid. Atletico is the -155 favorite (risk $155 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest Atletico Madrid vs. AC Milan odds on Caesars Sportsbook. Milan is the +430 underdog and the over-under for total goals is 2.5. Wednesday’s match will be streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

UEFA Champions League picks for Atletico Madrid vs. AC Milan

Before you tune in to Wednesday’s match, you need to see the AC Milan vs. Atletico Madrid picks from SportsLine’s proprietary European soccer model. Created by two Norwegians — professional poker player and sports bettor Jonas Gjelstad, and economics and engineering expert Marius Norheim — the model analyzes worldwide betting data and exploits market inefficiencies, helping its followers cash in. Since coming to SportsLine last year, the algorithm is up over $8,500.

For AC Milan vs. Atletico Madrid, the model is backing Atletico on the money line. Outside of their two matches against Group B leader Liverpool, Atletico has only lost one other match across all competitions this season. Since the club’s last win against Milan at the end of September, Madrid’s results in La Liga have been underwhelming with three draws in six matches and seven goals allowed in those fixtures.

AC Milan has had a similar experience in Italian Serie A since its last meeting with Atletico. Milan has lost just one of its last eight league matches, but has conceded 13 goals to the 18 the club has scored. Heading into Wednesday, Milan’s last action came in a 4-3 loss to Fiorentina on November 20. Manager Stefano Pioli has been left to consider what was worse about the result: the final score or the fact that AC Milan had nearly twice as many shots and 55 percent of the possession against Fiorentina in a losing effort.

Atletico manager Diego Simeone is prone to playing with formations and strategies on a match to match basis, and in Atletico’s last three league fixtures, a different player has scored the club’s last seven goals. Meanwhile, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored three goals over the last three domestic matches for AC Milan, but they’ve taken just a 1-1-1 record out of that stretch.
