Injuries to Dallas’ defensive line will play a part in that, as the team is missing two of its best two pass rushers in DeMarcus Lawrence (foot) and Randy Gregory (calf). That will allow Derek Carr more time in the pocket to attack a Cowboys’ pass defense that ranks 20th in the league.
With both offenses rolling, the model has the teams combining for 55 total points, with the Over hitting in nearly 60 percent of simulations.
