The SMU Mustangs will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Sam Houston Bearkats at 8 p.m. ET. SMU is out to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
It looks like the Mustangs got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They were within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap on Monday as they fell 76-70 to the Loyola Marymount Lions. Despite the defeat, SMU got a solid performance out of guard Kendric Davis, who had 17 points and five assists in addition to five rebounds.
As for Sam Houston, it looks like they got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They took a 72-59 bruising from the Boston University Terriers on Monday.
