What to Know
The Columbia Lions are on the road again on Friday and play against the Boston College Eagles at 2 p.m. ET Nov. 26 at Silvio O. Conte Forum. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W.’
It looks like the Lions got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They came up short against the Lehigh Mountain Hawks on Tuesday, falling 79-72.
Meanwhile, BC was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap on Sunday as they fell 71-65 to the Rhode Island Rams. Despite the defeat, BC had strong showings from forward James Karnik, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds, and guard Jaeden Zackery, who had 19 points.
The losses put Columbia at 2-3 and BC at 3-3. Columbia is 1-1 after losses this year, the Eagles 0-2.
