Who’s Playing
Troy @ No. 23 Florida
Current Records: Troy 4-2; Florida 5-0
What to Know
The #23 Florida Gators will take on the Troy Trojans at noon ET on Sunday at home. The Gators are out to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
Florida can’t say they have nothing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving week. They skirted by the Ohio State Buckeyes 71-68 on Wednesday thanks to a clutch half-court bomb from guard Tyree Appleby with 0:01 left to play. Having forecasted a close win for Florida, the oddsmakers were right on the money. They relied on the efforts of guard Phlandrous Fleming Jr., who had 19 points, and forward CJ Felder, who had ten points along with five rebounds.
As for Troy, they have more to be thankful for after their contest against the Florida Atlantic Owls on Monday. Troy managed an 83-78 victory over Florida Atlantic.
Their wins bumped the Gators to 5-0 and the Trojans to 4-2. Watch the game and check back on CBS Sports to find out who keeps up the positive energy and who hits a stumbling block.
