The Northridge Matadors have enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they must head out on the road. They will take on the San Diego Toreros at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday at Jenny Craig Pavilion. These two teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games.
The Matadors have more to be thankful for after their matchup against the Saint Katherine College Firebirds on Wednesday. Northridge walked away with a 71-62 win.
Meanwhile, San Diego didn’t have too much trouble with the Illinois-Chicago Flames on Friday as they won 64-52.
Northridge ended up a good deal behind San Diego when they played when the teams previously met three seasons ago, losing 82-68. Can Northridge avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We’ll soon find out.
