When will ManningCast return? Here’s the week Peyton and Eli will be back after skipping Seahawks-WFT

The celebrated ManningCast will not be on the air when the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Football Team battle on Monday night. Peyton and Eli Manning will be back on ESPN2 next Monday night, when the New England Patriots travel to Buffalo to face the Bills in a battle between the AFC East’s top teams.

While there are no scheduled ManningCasts after next Monday’s game, the Manning brothers are slated to produce 10 ManningCasts during the 2021 season. They’ve made seven so far, which means that after next week’s show there will be two more ManningCasts during the season’s final four weeks. Here’s a look at the final four Monday night games of the 2021 regular season.

Given their records, it would make sense for the Manning brothers to produce a show when the Rams and Cardinals meet in a game that will likely have major playoff implications. And while both teams are currently .500, the Browns and Steelers are nevertheless a compelling rivalry that could possibly have playoff implications for both teams.

The ManningCast has been widely celebrated in its first season. Last week, the show made headlines when guest and Hall of Fame coach Bill Parcells revealed that — as the former coach of the Jets — he would have selected Peyton with the No. 1 overall pick in the 1997 draft had Manning decided to leave college a year early. Last Monday night’s show also included a spirited back-and-fourth between Eli and comedian and longtime Eagles fan Kevin Hart. The episode ended with former Patriots receiver Julian Edelman mimicking former teammates Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski

Peyton Manning was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame this past summer in his first year of eligibility. Eli Manning, who will not be eligible for induction until 2025, had his No. 10 jersey retired by both Ole Miss and the Giants earlier this fall.
