Who’s Playing
Missouri @ Liberty
Current Records: Missouri 4-3; Liberty 3-3
What to Know
The Liberty Flames will play host again and welcome the Missouri Tigers to Liberty Arena, where tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET Thursday. Liberty will be seeking to avenge the 69-60 loss they suffered the last time these two teams played Dec. 9 of last year.
While not quite a landslide, the game between the Flames and the Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks on Saturday was still a pretty decisive one as Liberty wrapped it up with a 73-61 win at home.
Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Mizzou at home against the Paul Quinn Tigers on Monday as the team secured a 91-59 victory.
Liberty is the favorite in this one, with an expected 4.5-point margin of victory. Now might not be the best time to take Liberty against the spread since they’ve let down bettors for the past five consecutive games.
Their wins bumped Liberty to 3-3 and Mizzou to 4-3. Watch the contest and check back on CBS Sports to find out who keeps up the positive energy and who hits a stumbling block.
