The Liberty Flames have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Delaware State Hornets at 7 p.m. ET Dec. 6 at Liberty Arena. The Flames are out to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
Liberty made easy work of the Missouri Tigers this past Thursday and carried off a 66-45 win. Guard Darius McGhee (20 points) was the top scorer for Liberty.
Meanwhile, Delaware State was expected to have a tough go of it this past Saturday, and, well, they did. Their painful 78-58 defeat to the Longwood Lancers might stick with them for a while.
Liberty is now 4-3 while Delaware State sits at 2-6. The Flames are 2-1 after wins this year, and the Hornets are 1-4 after losses.
