There aren’t a ton of premium waiver wire targets that are up for grabs in more than half of fantasy leagues ahead of Week 13. Fantasy managers have swarmed to acquire highly sought-after players like Anfernee Simons, Omer Yurtseven, Malik Monk, and Nick Claxton. While those three players have rostership above 60 percent in CBS leagues,  there are others who can provide immediate assistance.

Here are three Week 13 waiver-wire targets that are rostered in less than 50 percent of CBS leagues.

Terrence Ross, G, ORL (47% rostered)

The Orlando Magic’s sixth man has been lighting it up in 2022. He’s cracked 30 points twice in January through five outings and is averaging 22.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in the new year. Ross has attempted 5.2 threes per game over his last five games and has converted them at nearly a 39 percent clip. He should continue to provide a solid scoring boost in points leagues, and his efficiency can also help out roto league managers.

Max Strus, G, MIA (34% rostered)

Strus has enjoyed plenty of freedom on offense since mid-December. While he’s not the Miami Heat’s premier sniper, he’s provided scoring support from long range effectively as of late with Jimmy Butler in and out of the lineup. Strus has noticed at least 13 points in seven straight games. He made 35 threes on 46.7 percent shooting that span. He’s also helped out on the boards by grabbing more than five rebounds per contest over his last seven outings.

Onyeka Okongwu, C, ATL (15% rostered)

Clint Capela is dealing with an ankle injury, and there’s no clear timetable for his return. The Atlanta Hawks made it clear that they intend to ramp up their backup center’s minutes in the meantime. While Okongwu might not be a great add after Week 13, he could provide a ton of value during his team’s three games this week. He tallied nine points and 10 rebounds on a season-high 38 minutes against the Los Angeles Clippers. Few readily available streaming options can match Okongwu’s upside this week.
