Point guard Darius Garland (24 points) and shooting guard Isaac Okoro (22 points) have been the top scorers for Cleveland.
The Cavaliers haven’t lost 70% of the games in which they were down heading into the final period this season, so a win here would be refreshing.

The Philadelphia 76ers will play host again and welcome the Cleveland Cavaliers to Wells Fargo Center, where tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET Friday. Cleveland will need to watch out since the 76ers have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.

Meanwhile, things couldn’t have gone much worse for Cleveland as they lost 119-98 to the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday. Despite the loss, the Cavaliers had strong showings from center Jarrett Allen, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 boards, and point guard Darius Garland, who shot 5-for-10 from beyond the arc and finished with 33 points.
The 76ers are the favorite in this one, with an expected 7.5-point margin of victory. They are currently four-for-four against the spread in their most recent games, a trend bettors might want to take into account.
Philadelphia’s victory lifted them to 38-23 while Cleveland’s defeat dropped them down to 36-26. We’ll see if Philadelphia can repeat their recent success or if Cleveland bounces back and reverse their fortune.
