The Giants’ defense allowed Cardinals quarterback Joshua Dobbs to have the best performance of his career last week. Dobbs, who has been on the Cardinals for less than a month after being acquired via trade from the Browns on August 24, completed 21 of 31 passes for 228 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 41 yards and another score. This 49ers offense is significantly stronger than Arizona’s, so expect Purdy to find ways to exploit the Giants’ defense throughout Thursday.
