Broncos vs. Raiders odds, picks, line, spread, how to watch, live stream: Week 6 predictions from proven model

Broncos vs. Raiders odds, picks, line, spread, how to watch, live stream: Week 6 predictions from proven model

After a week filled with controversy, the Las Vegas Raiders (3-2) hope to move on with a big AFC West win at Denver (3-2) on Sunday afternoon. The Broncos have only beaten the Raiders twice since 2018, and are expecting different results this weekend after Jon Gruden stepped down as Las Vegas’ head coach on Monday. Doing so would help take the sting out of last week’s 19-27 loss at Pittsburgh.

This AFC West rivalry is set to renew on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET at Empower Field at Mile High. Denver is favored by five-points in the latest Broncos vs. Raiders odds from Caesars Sportsbook, and the over-under is 44.5. In select markets, Sunday’s matchup can be seen live on CBS and streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Paramount+ now has levels of membership so you can watch your local NFL on CBS matchups and much more. Week 6 picks for Broncos vs. Raiders

Before you turn on the Raiders vs. Broncos game you need to see the picks from SportsLine’s proven model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,900 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. It went a sizzling 24-14 on top-rated NFL picks last season, returning more than $800. The model also enters Week 6 of the 2021 season on an incredible 125-83 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick’em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Broncos vs. Raiders, the model predicts that Denver (-5) will take advantage of the drama surrounding Las Vegas and cover the spread as home favorites. The Raiders have struggled mightily on the road, covering the spread just once in their last five away games. Las Vegas is also just 1-6 straight up in its last seven games played in October.

Denver, meanwhile, is 8-4 against the spread in its last 12 games played in October. Plus, the Broncos feature one of the league’s stingiest defenses this season. In fact, Denver is giving up just 292.4 yards per game to opposing offenses in 2021, the third-best mark in the NFL.

SportsLine’s model projects Denver’s defense will continue to cause havoc against Las Vegas on Sunday, sacking Raiders QB Derek Carr multiple times while holding Darren Waller to just 63 receiving yards. Denver’s defense helps the Broncos cover the spread in over 50 percent of simulations according to SportsLine’s model.
