In three games against San Antonio last season, Jokic drained seven of his 15 3-point attempts.
Will Barton had a nice debut as a second scoring option for Denver, and came away with 20 points on 57-percent shooting from the field. Monte Morris, who made his first start at point guard this season in place of injured Jamal Murray, finished with just nine points and three assists.
