Through 3 Quarters
The Philadelphia 76ers were expected to win this one, and they are just one quarter away from fulfilling that expectation. After three quarters it’s looking more and more like their high-powered offense is just too much for the Atlanta Hawks as Philadelphia lead 91-69.
The Sixers have been led by power forward Tobias Harris, who so far has posted a double-double on 20 points and ten boards along with four dimes. Atlanta has enjoyed the tag-team combination of center Clint Capela and shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic. The former has dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds, while the latter has 13 points in addition to four boards. Bogdanovic is close to surpassing his season high of 14. Capela does need to be careful, however, as he is in foul trouble with four.
This is the most points the 76ers have had yet this year going into the fourth quarter.

What to Know
The Philadelphia 76ers will stay at home another game and welcome the Atlanta Hawks at 7:30 p.m. ET Oct. 30 at Wells Fargo Center. Philadelphia is out to stop a seven-game streak of losses at home.
The 76ers bagged a 110-102 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Thursday. Among those leading the charge for the Sixers was center Joel Embiid, who posted a double-double on 30 points and 18 boards.
Meanwhile, the contest between Atlanta and the Washington Wizards on Thursday was not a total blowout, but with Atlanta falling 122-111 on the road, it was darn close to turning into one. Despite the defeat, Atlanta got a solid performance out of power forward John Collins, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 12 rebounds.
Philadelphia is the favorite in this one, with an expected 3.5-point margin of victory. At 0-2 against the spread at home, they are no cash cow. That said, the Hawks aren’t so hot on the road, where they are 0-3.
The 76ers’ win brought them up to 3-2 while Atlanta’s loss pulled them down to an identical 3-2. The Sixers are 0-2 after wins this year, and Atlanta is 1-0 after losses.
