The Oklahoma City Thunder haven’t won a matchup against the Sacramento Kings since Feb. 27 of last year, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Friday. They will face off against one another at 8 p.m. ET at Paycom Center. Oklahoma City should still be riding high after a win, while Sacramento will be looking to right the ship.
The Thunder were able to grind out a solid victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday, winning 108-100. Oklahoma City can attribute much of their success to small forward Luguentz Dort, who had 27 points in addition to five boards.
Meanwhile, Sacramento lost to the San Antonio Spurs on the road by a decisive 136-117 margin. One thing holding Sacramento back was the mediocre play of shooting guard Buddy Hield, who did not have his best game: he played for 34 minutes with.
Oklahoma City is expected to lose this next one by 4.5. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread, however, as they are currently on a four-game streak of ATS wins.
The Thunder’s win brought them up to 4-6 while the Kings’ loss pulled them down to 5-7.
