The Carver Bible College Cougars are staying on the road Saturday to face off against the Gardner-Webb Bulldogs at 4 p.m. ET Nov. 20 at Paul Porter Arena. Both teams were wiped off the court in their previous games and will be looking to bounce back in a big way.

Meanwhile, it’s never fun to lose, and it’s even less fun to lose 92-52, which was the final score in Gardner-Webb’s tilt against the Duke Blue Devils on Tuesday. Guard D’Maurian Williams just could not get things rolling his way, playing for 28 minutes but putting up just four points on 2-for-10 shooting.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
