As there are most weeks, there were some truly dreadful performances at tight end in Week 12. Dallas Goedert and George Kittle each caught one pass and combined for zero yards. Noah Fant and Mike Gesicki each caught three passes for fewer than 20 yards. Kyle Pitts produced 26 yards on two catches.

Did I mention we lost Dan Arnold for the year, Darren Waller is week-to-week, and Pat Freiermuth is in the concussion protocol?

Yes, the tight end position, once again, looks miserable. And while there are some promising streamers this week, I’m mostly sticking with any starting tight end who didn’t get injured last week. We’ve just seen it time and time again with a position this fragile; if you go chasing weekly scoring, you’re bound to get burnt. Besides, Goedert gets the Jets, Fant gets the Chiefs, and Kittle will be without Deebo Samuel

There’s reason for optimism for basically all the tight ends who struggled last week. But if you must make a move due to injury or impatience, we have streamers below. Just know their floor is as low as the struggles you’re trying to get away from.
