The Saint Katherine College Firebirds are on the road again this past Saturday and play against the Dixie St. Trailblazers at 9 p.m. ET Dec. 4 at Burns Arena. Saint Katherine College will be seeking to avenge the 86-48 loss they suffered the last time these two teams played Dec. 5 of last year.
It looks like the Firebirds got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They fell to the Northridge Matadors 71-62.
Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Dixie St. at home against the Bethesda Flames this past Wednesday as the team secured a 99-67 win.
Dixie St.’s victory lifted them to 3-5 while Saint Katherine College’s loss dropped them down to 0-1. We’ll see if Dixie St. can repeat their recent success or if Saint Katherine College bounces back and reverse their fortune.
