After a two-game homestand, the Utah Valley Wolverines will be on the road. They will take on the Southern Utah Thunderbirds at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday at America First Event Center. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
The Wolverines were able to grind out a solid victory over the Brigham Young Cougars last Wednesday, winning 72-65. Utah Valley can attribute much of their success to center Fardaws Aimaq, who posted a double-double on 24 points and 22 rebounds along with five steals.
Meanwhile, Southern Utah didn’t have too much breathing room in their game with the Idaho Vandals on Saturday, but they still walked away with an 81-75 win.
