Mike Evans (hamstring) hasn’t practiced this week, which likely leaves Brown as the top receiving option for Tom Brady. Even though Brown (ankle) has been a limited participant in practice this week, his playmaking ability has been crucial to the Buccaneers’ offensive success. Tampa Bay faces a Carolina Panthers team that has been out of sorts since Week 4 and lost nine games since then. Top Carolina cornerback Stephon Gilmore (knee) was a full participant in practice, but Brown is sure to dominate the target share in Tampa’s passing attack this week.
