There are only a couple of weeks remaining in the 2021-22 NBA regular season as the league is well into its stretch run to the playoffs. Unfortunately, many teams, including top contenders in each conference, are still shorthanded as they deal with injuries to key players.

In the Western Conference, Zion Williamson and Damian Lillard have both been ruled out for the remainder of the season, while Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul has a thumb injury that will keep him out for most of the remainder of the regular season. Paul George may not return to the Los Angeles Clippers this season and the Lakers’ Anthony Davis is likely out another several weeks with a mid-foot sprain. Draymond Green returned after a lengthy absence for the Golden State Warriors, but then they lost Stephen Curry for at least two weeks with a sprained ligament in his left foot.

Meanwhile, in the Eastern Conference, the flailing Brooklyn Nets got Kevin Durant back from the MCL sprain that has kept him out for a month, the Milwaukee Bucks finally got big man Brook Lopez back in the lineup and Orlando Magic guard Markelle Fultz returned after over a year on the sidelines due to a torn ACL.

As the season rolls along, here’s a look at the most significant injuries around the league, and when these players might be back on the court. To see more injury updates around the league, click here.
